If you are say either an existing courier driver who is running his or her own business or you are employed and looking for a second income to help you out financially during the difficult financial climate in the UK then you may be interested to read that Domino’s who are a very well known pizza company have started a recruitment drive this month to recruit around 10,000 people in various roles such as making pizzas and delivery drivers who will deliver the cooked pizzas to customer’s homes and businesses.

This may be a tremendous opportunity for some people. Apparently, there are both permanent and temporary positions available.

Domino’s is forecasting a big increase in demand for their pizzas over the Christmas period but there is also the football World Cup taking place in Qatar in the next few weeks. The firm estimate that during the peak period it will make in the region of 10 million pizzas. That sounds like an awful lot of pizzas.

Apparently, the firm is offering some flexible shifts and no experience is required as training is provided. So, hopefully, there will be a shift available that fits in with your existing work commitments whether you are a self-employed courier driver or employed by someone else. If you do not currently have a job you may also like to consider one of the positions available.

There are delivery roles involving either using a vehicle, a motorcycle or a bicycle so this flexibility may offer a greater number of people the opportunity to consider a position with Domino’s as not everyone has a van or car available to use.

So, if you are looking to supplement your existing income or need a job, why not look into the above further. More information about the roles can be found on Domino’s website. If you do apply then we hope that you are successful and enjoy the role you are selected for.
