4. Evri (used to be Hermes) 76%
5. FedEx 74%
6. Yodel 72%

If you are a regular online ordering customer, you will no doubt be aware that it is unusual to have a choice of which courier firm can deliver your goods which in some respects is a shame/ It will be interesting to see if this situation changes over the years here in the UK.

As an online shopper, you may have a number of reasons why you are pleased with a courier firm. For instance, their reliability at delivering the goods you have bought on the day agreed. Is the courier company agreeable to leaving a parcel in a pre-arranged place if you are not going to be in to receive it? Is the parcel undamaged when you receive it?

There will no doubt be similar statistics produced in the future relating to how satisfied online shoppers are with courier firms. If this is the case, we will endeavor to produce them.
